I’m a support team lead and alongside my regular KPI metrics (time to first response, number of cases in queue etc. etc) I find that my team are motivated by seeing the positive comments on their service. I have a feed of comments that give my team the limelight, it’s so good to see an awesome comment come in and the impact it has on them. It gives the whole team visibility to praise and be praised too - we love it.
