- Keeping the team up to date with events (social, work, training and local weather as we’ve lots of keen cyclists!)
- Team Member anniversaries (think cake and donut days) plus overall team numbers
- Library metrics and bookclub reads (we operate a proper Library for our London Office and book purchasing scheme for remote team members)
- Glassdoor and ESC The City ratings - reminders of how important team feedback is to how we run our business

- We wanted a dashboard that would show upcoming events and activities, plus help us celebrate our business growth and culture.
What does this dashboard achieve?
- This dashboard is part of the work that goes towards us delivering on one of our nine company values “We’re welcoming and supportive to all”. It’s part of how we show that we take care of each other.
