WebRequests has stopped working



My customers API has stopped working, all requests get an error (translated from Swedish):

“The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send”

does anyone have any ideas?

Not 100% sure but that type of issues suggest your script/endpoint isn’t able to reach Geckoboard. Can you make sure that your API is connecting using TLS1.1 or above (you can use this tool for that https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html). Also, please make sure that yourAPI is exposed to Geckoboard if it is behind a firewall.
