What metrics do you track for the whole business?

I’m setting up some gecko boards for a client, one of these will be for their overall business numbers. I would like to know what metrics others in this position have suggested to their clients or what your company tracks on similar boards. They’d like to see revenue, sales funnel and some web stats. What else would you recommend?

Great question! It really depends on what the company’s goals are but I would definitely suggest something customer focused. Be that NPS, CSAT or a Twitter feed with your recent replies - something relevant that keeps everyone in touch with the sentiment of your clients customers.
